Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper position will have strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, and experience with payroll functions including benefits administration. You must be efficient and self-motivated as this is a stand-alone position. Experience with Navision software is considered an asset, however exposure to other ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, ACCPAC, etc. ) would also be considered beneficial. Description:
Our client, a well known distribution company, is seeking the help of a knowledgeable, highly skilled Bookkeeper. As the Bookkeeper your main duties will include: accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing, general ledger coding and reconciliation. You will be required to prepare bank deposits, and perform bank reconciliations. There is a small payroll consisting of both hourly and salary employees. Other functions include: cheque runs, wire transfers, journal entries and other tasks assigned as required.
