Administrative Assistant
Location: Mount Pearl, Newfoundland
Job Description:

 

Successful candidates should have:

 

·  3-5 years experience

·  experience with fax machines, photocopiers, and filing

·  experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·  ability to multi-task

·  good organizational and time management skills

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Must provide Criminal Search check
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
  • Reading and Writing text
  • Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
  • Typing Skills- 30 wpm
  • Working in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Status: Seasonal
    Start Date: ASAP
    Languages Required: English
    Days of work: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
    Hours of work: To Be Determined
